Shadows and colours-A Theme Thursday Post...

First of all Happy TT everyone!

I'll be out of town today so I had an early preparation for this Theme...

second of all I can't take any credit for today's post...all I did was embed this wonderful video, it was someone else's creation.

Finally I'll catch up with your..."shadowy" TT posts when I get back :)

Meanwhile enjoy this Subtitled Greek Song called "Shadows and Colours"...it is related to the Theme (I hope:)!

Video made by kirkh70! Visit her channel and view more of these wonderful videos!

Hey sweet Candie :)

It is Ironic, isn't it? That I picked this song that matches the situation my small country is in.

I am far away from the fires and yet so close. Let's just hope that it will be over soon. Our hearts are with the people in Athens right now...may they be safe...

Thank you Candie! Take care :)

I was watching on the news and saw about the fires in your country and I too wanted to see if you were safe and that you were not near the fires.

But I see in your answers to Candie that you are okay. Fires are something that we know about here in California.

And so I pray for your people and that the winds die down to stop the spreading of them. I pray that help will come for your people and that all will be well soon.

God bless you and your people.

Marianna, Subby here hi! Check your inbox for a spammer that's been going round. I got hit last night and you may have. Also just alerted Silver Fox, as he got hit, so check your older posts, luv...

You'll know it by the name "disa", and I've already reported it but more will help to shut the false blog down....

my heart is still with you,I do not understand why government didn't have reinforced the mesures to avoid that something like 2 years ago happen again. The people are upset and I understand it!I'm too even if I'm not greek. This is such a beautiful country and there are so many ancient monuments and all, seeing the flammes encircling Athens,it was surreal. The last news they say it's getting better,I hope it will stop now,but so many have lost everything and people died, this shouldn't have been so big like that!It could have been prevented or at least stopped way before!Terrible, just terrible.Hope you are okay.

Lot of love and huggs!

Candie

Mrsupole: Oh you are so so sweet! Thank you for the support. It is a terrible thing that has happened. Lets hope that all the fires of the world will stop now.
Thank you...

Subby: Thanks for the heads up :) I'll check it soon :)

Candie: People talk about measurements for years but nothing happens. I know what you mean. It is fraustrating and bad to be negligent...Thank you Candie you are a sweet-heart :)

Take care all

Marianna, I'm so glad you're not in the fire zone. It looks similar to our fires in Victoria last year, I'm miles away but they were devastating and really brought the country together to help those who lost their homes and families. Sad thing is we live in hot dry countries and much like California, people love to live in the grasslands and bushland . . Take care and have a great weekend.
